Other Services

In addition to psychological therapy, I offer the following services;

Supervision – individual or group

Supervision offers a safe and reflective space for mental health professionals to process the emotional impact of their work and gain fresh perspectives on the cases they’re supporting. In the moment with a client, it can be challenging to fully understand the dynamics at play. Supervision provides the opportunity to step back, gain clarity on stuck points, and explore new ways forward. It’s also essential for addressing risk, helping to support well-informed decisions when clients may be at risk of harm to themselves or others.

On a more practical level, supervision offers a supportive environment to explore the many challenges of running a business —from maintaining a healthy work-life balance and managing the impact of personal life on professional work, to navigating the complexities of business. Without the organisational structure of larger systems, it can be difficult to know where to draw boundaries or how to create a sustainable practice. Supervision can help fill that gap.

I’ve been supervising mental health professionals for over five years, offering guidance and support tailored to your individual needs. I have also completed the BPS supervision skills training programme.

The approaches I integrate into my supervision include:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)
  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Relational & Attachment-based approaches
  • All through a systemic lens

If these approaches align with your own way of working, and you feel I could be a good fit for providing supervision to you or your organisation, please get in contact (can this text be link to contact page or a contact button after this please).

Fees – £110 per session for individual supervision

Group supervision fees vary depending on the size of the group. For further information or to discuss pricing, please get in contact.

Adult ADHD Assessment & ADHD support

ADHD can affect many areas of life—from relationships and home life to work and education. Undiagnosed, it often leads to frustration, overwhelm, and a sense of not reaching one’s potential.

If you think you have ADHD, an assessment and diagnosis can be a powerful step towards understanding yourself better and accessing the support you need to move forward with confidence and clarity.

What the assessment involves, pricing & booking

The adult ADHD assessment is a structured process designed to give you clear answers. It includes:

  • A free initial phone call to ensure an assessment is appropriate for you before committing to the full assessment process
  • detailed conversation about your experiences, challenges, and history
  • Standardised questionnaires based on gold-standard tools
  • Gathering information about your childhood (as ADHD often starts in early life)
  • comprehensive written report with the outcome of the assessment
  • Space to ask questions and talk through what the assessment outcome means. Discussion of post diagnostic support options.

All assessments follow NICE guidelines to ensure they are done to a high standard. If a diagnosis is given, I can also talk through next steps and support options tailored to you.

Fees – The amount of time it takes to complete the above process can vary from person to person. Consequently, I believe it is fairest to charge an hourly rate of £120 per hour for all stages of the process. Rather than charging a higher standard fee for all. As a guideline, it is likely to be costed at 7-9 hours in total. I aim to turn around the assessment within 4-6 weeks.

This fee covers the entire process from start to finish. No GP referral is needed—you can contact me directly to book.

I’m registered with most major health insurance providers – some of which cover ADHD assessments and post-diagnostic support for anxiety or depression. If you have private health care, please contact them to see what your policy includes.

Appointments available in person (in Durham) and online.
